  • Do you ship to my city and location?
    We ship only in Goa at present but you may reach out to us on for any orders outside Goa and we can try working something out for you.
  • How can I track my order?
    You can click on the TRACK ORDER link from the Store page. You will have to provide 1.Order number 2.Email id We will get back to you with the status of your product! Status stages and what they mean : 1. Placed - which will mean that we have received your order and payment. 2. Quality check and customisation - the ordered product is going through a quality check and the customization of the product is going on. 3. Dispatched - the product(s) are packed and are ready to reach you. At this point you can expect a call from the delivery center to schedule a time for delivery. 4. Outbound - The product(s) are on their way to reach you!
  • What is the estimated delivery time for products?
    Typically it takes 10-15 days after placing orders within Goa. Due to Covid restrictions the delivery time has been effected.
  • Are there any installation or service charges?
    No there are no installation or service charges for the Goa deliveries.
  • Do our prices include GST?
    Yes, all our prices are inclusive of GST.
  • Why is my delivery date so far away?
    Some products may still be in the manufacturing stage, due to which delivery dates are beyond the usual 15 days. Many products like the sofas, custom products, carpets are made to order and thus may take more than 10 -15 days to deliver. Usually, we don’t take as many days as specified on the site and deliver much before the promised timeline! However, if you have a specific date in mind, do reach out to us to expedite the process.
  • How can I bookmark a product I like?
    You can wishlist it! Create your own wishlist by clicking on the ‘heart’ symbol next to every product. If you’re logged into your account (we highly recommend!), your wishlist automatically gets recorded and you can access it anytime.
  • Can I cancel my order incase I change my mind?
    Cancellations/ exchange are based on order/product(s) basis. You may reach out to us at and we will do the needful if possible.
  • How do I know if my order is eligible for return?
    We offer a 3-day no-questions-asked return policy, i.e., you can place a return request within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, so long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags (if any) intact. However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process a return and refund your money: Certain products for which the product page explicitly states as “Sale”. Any returned item that is received in damaged condition, or with parts missing, or is not in its original condition. Any item where the return request is initiated more than 3 days after delivery. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during Sale events or using discount codes are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • What if I recieve a damaged product?
    We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Once the refund request is approved, we will you provide free replacement / refund as applicable. Please mention your order number when you reach out to us.
  • First, submit a return request by writing to with a subject : Request Return to initiate the return process. If your location is eligible for a reverse pick-up, our courier partner will provide you with a date and time for the pick-up. Once your return is received, our team will inspect each product and approve the refund. Please allow 7- 10 days for the processing of returns. Once the return is approved, for prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • How can I place a bulk order?
    If you wish to place an order of large quantities, or if you wish to order do write in at or fill this form here. You can contact us for customization and other requirements as well!
  • I want my order to be placed earlier than the estimated delivery time, can you help?"
    We usually do deliver products earlier than the date shown on the site. However, if you have a specific request, we encourage you to reach out to us via email/phone.
  • What do we do with your information?
    When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
  • How do you get my consent?
    When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
